一、註冊資格與真實性條款

會員必須年滿13 歲方可註冊使用平台服務，未滿 13 歲不得建立帳號。
註冊時須提供真實、完整、最新之個人資料（姓名、電郵、生日等），不得使用虛假資訊或冒用他人身分註冊。
帳號僅限本人使用，未經平台書面同意不得轉讓、出借、出售帳號權限。
會員有義務維持聯絡資訊準確，資料變更時應即時更新。

二、帳號安全與保密義務

會員須自行保管帳號密碼，不得與他人共用密碼或授權他人操作帳號。
發現帳號遭未經授權使用時，應立即通知平台並自行承擔相關損失（平台無過失時）。
不得使用惡意程式、爬蟲、機器人等自動化工具非法存取平台資料。
不得從事垃圾訊息、網路釣魚、騷擾、霸凌、威脅等違規行為。

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
Notify us immediately upon discovery of unauthorized account use; you are responsible for related losses unless we are at fault.
You may not access or collect data through automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without our permission.
Spam, phishing, harassment, bullying, threats, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
三、內容發布與智慧財產權

會員上傳之照片、影片、活動資訊等內容，智慧財產權仍歸會員所有。
會員授予平台非專屬、可轉授、可轉讓、免權利金、全球範圍之使用授權，用於平台營運、宣傳、展示。
不得發布仇恨、色情、暴力、裸露、違法、侵害他人權益之內容。
不得侵害第三方著作權、商標、肖像權、隱私權等權利。

You retain intellectual property ownership of content you post (photos, videos, event details, etc.).
You grant the platform a non‑exclusive, transferable, sub‑licensable, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use your content for operation, promotion, and display.
You may not post hateful, pornographic, violent, nude, unlawful, or infringing content.
You may not violate third‑party copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
四、隱私與資料運用

平台依隱私權政策蒐集、處理、使用會員註冊資料、瀏覽紀錄、裝置資訊、Cookie 等。
未經會員同意，平台不會向廣告商提供可識別個人之資訊。
會員同意個人資料得於平台營運所在地（如香港）進行傳輸與處理。
公開發布之內容（非註冊隱私資料）可供網路搜尋與存取。

五、違規與終止

違反本條款者，平台得暫停、限制或終止服務，無需事前通知。
多次侵害智慧財產權者，平台得關閉帳號。
條款終止後，智慧財產權、免責條款、爭議條款仍繼續有效。

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services without prior notice if you violate these terms.
We may disable your account for repeated intellectual property infringement.
Upon termination, provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and disputes shall survive.
